To join our team as a recruiter you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented and takes ownership of the recruiting process. While experience is always welcome, we are open to helping a candidate join our team without recruiting experience, as long as the stated requirements are met.


  • Design, implement, and maintain a local region recruiting strategy and a candidate experience process
  • Continuously sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. This includes interacting with local communities, attending events, advertising, and using databases, social media etc.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone or in-person screenings, as well as using screening tools
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Facilitate the offer process
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the leadership team


  • Bachelor’s degree OR can make us feel confident that you don’t need one
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods preferred
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations preferred
  • Proficient in social media
  • Strong decision-making skills
